[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope] (Philippians 3:10 AMP)

Hot 97's winner of Who's Next competition, B. Martin, dropped his hot new joint: I Want It All, featuring Kendrick Lamar & Juicy J. This definitely sounds like a club banger to me. But hey tell me what ya'll think.

Mario dropped another hot joint called: Kiss You. I really don't understand why Mario has not dropped another album as of yet. He has dropped quite a few hot joints online prior to this one. Nonetheless, check out this one. Nice!

Grammy-Award winning producer, Bryan-Michael Cox, new artist Mylah recently dropped a 5-track EP titled: Silver & Gold. The EP is definitely a B Cox production, filled with that piano driven rnb flavor that I love so much. The EP is highlighted by a nice track called Honesty, and I'm loving the track called Pride as well. Take a listen to the EP.

Buy: Mylah-Silver & Gold

The producer, Danja, dropped a remix for throwback Thursday in the form of new rnb artist Luke James: I Want You. Check it out.

Fantasia is about to drop her brand new album: Side Effects of You on 4/19. The album features Big K.R.I.T., Missy Elliot, & Kelly Rowland. Check out the snippets of some of the songs right here.

Chris Brown is definitely hotter than fish grease right now! The singer/songwriter is gearing up for the release of his new studio album: X. Chris is currently doing promo all across the country, and of course everywhere he go the subject of Rihanna comes up. With the apparent "reconciliation" between the two superstars, the world definitely is all ears to everything they are saying. Chris is usually pretty guarded and private when it comes to his personal relationships, but he opens up a bit.

I can't lie, this relationship looks TOTALLY different than before. I told a few friends that we need to simply keep our eyes on Rihanna when it comes to finding out the true nature of this "friendship." See I'm a big believer that when two celebrities decide to date (and let it be known to the media) they both should have considered their brands, how them being together will effect each other individually (especially career wise) and what the magnitude of a break up would do. When I think of the masses that make up Team Breezy & RihannaNavy...we are talking over 30 million together (especially if they can get both fan bases supporting each of them) that's high market branding. But if their is a break..oh boy it can be disastrous. No one knows this better than Chris, who suffered in everyway (career, personal, etc) during his haitus with Rihanna.

But then things began to change! It's almost as if the light bulb came on.They definitely can be better together than apart. But how real is this relationship this time around? Well I definitely believe every word that Rihanna spoke about Chris during her interview with Oprah. Right then things began to spin in the direction of reconciliation between the two. Chris decides it's time to part ways with Karreuche. And we see him & Rihanna at the Lakers game (having the time of their lives...yet leaving the game at its most competitive time...) hmmm appearance #1.

Rihanna began her process of promoting Unapologetic, and I could see her riding the wave of all the negative/positive spin that the media was speaking concerning her reunion with Chris. Every magazine interview, public appearance...she decided to work it to her favor, with the biggest thing being making her official artwork for her hit single Stay (which is an ode to Breezy) a picture of she & Chris. So of course my question was would it be the same way for Chris when his album comes out..and right now...I definitely will say yes. Chris changing his hair color back to black was something that I loved seeing, his openess to do interviews again..he is definitely maturing into an awesome man.

But it's funny watching Chris answer Big Boy's question about Rihanna in this how Chris SWERVE Big Boy when asked if he is in love (with Rihanna)..Chris stutters a bit then answers: "I'm a lover." Hmmm that's so funny.

But is their anything wrong with that? Absolutely not! Especially if they both have agreed to it. Why? Because as superstars, and two that have the world watching as these two much as the media capitalize off of them...why can't they use it for their own gain? The only thing that will get me, is if the relationship between the two is "fake"...meaning they are not a couple (even though they say they are) and all of a sudden they have the publicist make that statement saying they are no longer together..and it happens not long after the albums have made their way around in the stores.

It's funny because after reading a blog that is "supposedly" written by someone who is friends with Chris (and believes that Rihanna is not the one for him) continues to state that people need to just chill and "watch" this thing unfold because "IT IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS"...JUST GIVES ME PAUSE. I GUESS WE WILL SEE...Chris album X drops later this until then..check out the full interview with Big Boy on Power106LA.

Fabolous and Chris Brown just finished shooting the video for Fabolous brand new single: Ready. First let me just say that Chris Brown is definitely one of the most sought after R/B singers in the game right now. And his voice teamed up with some of hip hops heavyweights is definitely a recipe for success. This song stays on repeat in my ride. And the video also stars funny man, Kevin Hart, and video model Jessica White. Check out the video trailer.

Da Brat has decided to take her reality show to youtube. The multi-platinum selling rapper chronicled her transition from state prison back into society. Although she was hoping for a major network to pick up her series she decided to to share it anyway. And I'm so glad she did! I love getting to see one of my favorite artist in her purest forms. Also the music I'm hearing in the background is some I wish she would release So sit back and enjoy as Da Brat shares what it was like for her during the time she was out on temporary passes, hanging with family, and of course SHOPPING.

Chris Brown is back to his promo ways. The singer/songwriter is currently traveling and doing promotion for his upcoming album: X. He explained the meaning of "X" as being the 24th number in the alphabet, X (the roman numeral) stands for the #10, cause the singer turns 24 in May. His first official single from the album is called "Fine China" and is due to be released on 4/1. Check out the interview he did with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM 102.7, where the singer was very open about his relationship with Rihanna..where he stated "I'm eternally grateful...."
But the most impressive statement for me was when one of the interviewers gave him the opportunity to blame it on his age...Chris responded "I could put that on my age, but that would just be making an excuse. I think for me at 18 or 19, I was capable of writing/producing songs so you know I'm also capable of making right choices..."

Now the singer always take a moment to have fun to do his artwork. Check out the video below as he creates art.

"You've been given the innate power to shape your life...but you cannot just speak change, you have to LIVE change. Intent paired with action builds the bridge to success. You can't just want it; you have to do it, live it...Be it! Success isn't something you have, it's something you Do!-Steve Maraboli

And the Lord answered, "If you had faith (trust and confidence in God) even [so small] like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, Be pulled up by the roots, and be planted in the sea, and it would obey you."-Luke 17:6

How important is your speech?

Well right here we understand that our FAITH and our SPEECH are connected to MANIFESTATION! We must understand that first FAITH comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. So the first question is what are you hearing? Whose voice is resonating in your life? Is it the word of God your Father? If not, we must make it so. We must have trust in confidence in that word. Why? Because when we do (even to the smallest level of a mustard seed) it will cause you to SAY! Understand that what you truly have faith in, is what's continually coming out of your mouth. Where you are in your life RIGHT NOW, is what you have been speaking years prior. Now it's time to SAY whatever it is God has SAID concerning you...daily! Again why? Because whatever you find yourself speaking to, it must obey (or manifest) according to what you have SPOKEN!

Confess to one another therefore your faults (your slips, your false steps, your offenses, your sins) and pray [also] for one another, that you may be healed and restored [to a spiritual tone of mind and heart]. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]. (James 5:16 AMP)

Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God's Son does not have life.-1 John 5:12

Have you ever heard the saying: "It's better to need have him and not need him than to need him and not have him?" Well uh yea, apply the method. Cause I promise you, once you have HIM...the rest will take care of itself.

I'm soooo giddy right now. Yes, Usher has decided to take his talents BACK to Southside. The superstar is in search of production for his new album, and decided it was time to take it back to the beginning. This super team, Usher & music mogul Jermaine Dupri, is literally the best of a decade. Yes, I know that everyone knows that billboard named Confessions, the album of the decade. Uh and yes Jermaine Dupri was the producer of that incredible masterpiece. Well I know it's hard when you are competing against yourself for greatness, but I'm sure it's not going to stop the duo from trying to strike lightning twice. I can't wait for the finished product.

"You have a right to experiment with your life. You will make mistakes. And they are right too. No I think there was too rigid a pattern. You came out of an education and are supposed to know your vocation. Your vocation is fixed, and maybe ten years later you find you are not a teacher anymore or you're not a painter anymore It may happen. It has happened. I mean Gaugin decided at a a certain point he wasn't a banker anymore; he was a painter. And so he walked away from banking. I think we have a right to change course. But society is the one thing that keeps demanding that we fit in and not disturb things. They would like you to fit in right away so that things work now."-Anais Nin

Life is difficult for everyone. We all have stress and we all need someone in our lives that we can lean on. Never think that you cannot talk to someone because they have problems to or that your friend or loved one would be better off without you or your problems. You'll soon find out that they need you just as much as you need them.

This is one movie I can't wait to see. Tyler Perry seem to have put his best foot forward in this dramatic twist of love, lust, and temptation in his new movie: Temptation. The movie was previously titled "The Marriage Counselor" after the stage play, but as production went on, the name changed. Starring Lance Gross, Jurnee Smolette, Kim Kardashian, Brandy, and more...I don't think it will disappoint. The movie debuts 3/29. Check out the trailer.

A bold exploration of the intrigue and perils of infidelity, Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor is a compelling love story that dives straight into the heart of obsessive passion. "It's about a woman who starts to get restless in her relationship and her choice to be with another man has a huge effect on the rest of her life," explains screenwriter/producer/director Tyler Perry. "She goes on a journey - in her career and in her marriage - and she ends up in a very different place than she expected." In a departure from his previous dramas, this explosive film finds Perry exploring the nature of desire - and just how powerful and dangerous a taste of the forbidden can be. "This is definitely one of the most provocative movies - sexually and otherwise - that I've made," says the director. "There are a lot of people who struggle in their relationships. They make bad choices about their marriages. They get divorced. And so many of them don't step out of their situation and really think about the consequences of what they're doing. This movie asks, 'Are you sure you want to do this?' It sends up a flag."

Arise and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause you to hear My words. Then I went down to the potter's house, and behold, he was working at the wheel. And the vessel he was making from clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he mad it over, reworking it into another vessel as it seemed good to the potter to make it. - JERMIAH 18:2-5

Wow this verse just RENEWED me today. Hello everyone, I decided that it would be nice just to share my devotion of the week right here with the scripture this time versus make an entirely different post. I love how the Holy Spirit communicates with me. Here I am barely awake, getting my thoughts together about dinner, and boom, "I hear...I'm the Potter, you're the clay, should not MY WISHES for your life be most important?" Of course I'm like YES LORD! Then He says-"Do My Will"...Now for me, and for my family close to me...they know I immediately begin to cry thinking..oh no I'm not doing the will of me Holy Spirit...yes it was dramatic..water works But like the Comforter He is, He explained..."Tell the people...there is no PLAN better for their lives, then the one I have for them." And of course I was like WILL DO!

As we read the scripture above it is important to look at the key words. The first one for me was POTTER(GOD)...cause I understand that this is the ONE who will create the masterpiece(a work done with extraordinary skill...this is YOU). See an inventor of something is the only one that truly knows the inner workings, the outer workings, the most intricate parts of what he has created. He understands fully how it's suppose to function. Now one last thing: Jeremiah was told, to go down to the potters house and their he will be able to hear God's words. Listen to me, if you want to know WHO YOU ARE then you must go to the one else knows you better.

The next key word for me was VESSEL(a person into whom some quality (as grace) is infused; a container for holding something). We are the vessels in this passage. And what was most intriguing was the fact that it speaks about the vessel being SPOILED in the hands of the POTTER! Then I understood this...since the fall in the garden we were considered "spoiled" or "ruined" or not in the state intended from the beginning in longer...BUT GOD! The POTTER simply made us OVER. (Praise Dance) Through the death, burial, and ressurection of Jesus Christ, we have been made over, reworked into another VESSEL, you know..the one that seems good to the POTTER. We have been restored back to who HE intended us to be from the beginning. That means that all ORIGINAL plans that God intended for your life are STILL A GO. He has not changed His mind about one single solitary thing that He has planned concering you. And if you think that you can come up with a plan that will bring Him glory, and make you the happiest all at the same time...smh, you are sadly mistaken. Trust HIM. HE GOT YOU.

Do His Will ( or stick to His plan) trust me it's the best one for your life...hey He is the ONE who CREATED YOU...and when you accepted CHRIST as my friend began to walk as a MASTERPIECE! Accept it! And let's do it! I can't wait to see what greatness pours forth from you!
