Story according to TMZ

Wrestling legend "Rowdy" Roddy Piper has died at the age of 61... TMZ Sports has learned.

Piper -- born Roderick George Toombs -- died from cardiac arrest in his sleep at his home in Hollywood at around noon Friday.

Piper was a wrestling icon -- one of the biggest stars in the WWE back in the '80s, and even wrestled in "Wrestlemania I" back in 1985 ... squaring off against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T.

Roddy's rep tells us, "I am devastated at this news.  Rod was a good friend as well as a client and one of the most generous, sincere and authentic people I have ever known. This is a true loss to us all."

Piper had been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2006, but last November he said he was cancer free.  A family source tells us he was "cancer free" at the time of his death.

A family member tells us, "Our family is saddened by the sudden passing of our father and beloved husband, Roderick Toombs aka Rowdy Roddy Piper."

Roddy was admitted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2005 and was one of the top 50 villains in the history of the WWE .

Piper had a long relationship with WWE -- last wrestling back in 2008 ... but appeared on various WWE shows up until 2014.

Roddy is survived by his wife Kitty and their 4 kids -- including 3 daughters and son Colton who's pursuing a career in professional wrestling.

The death is especially shocking considering we just spoke to him on Friday and asked his opinion about the Hulk Hogan scandal.-TMZ

So Meek Mill FINALLY drops his diss song coming back at Drake. The fact that Meek threw in the reference tracks for some of Drake's hottest joints, probably flying right over people heads, or the fact that Meek actually made statements like "you got pissed on, slapped by diddy, & extorted"...but I really wish he left my dude Chris Brown name out of it. He rolling with no drama, lol. Yet as much as it pains me...Drake definitely took the W with this one.

"When that sh*t went down with Chris you wrote a check."

Drake-Back To Back

It's the beginning of the interview that makes me laugh, when Chris brings out his bajan accent.."big ting a gwon"

This is a good interview with Chris, while he was in Cyprus. World famous Tim Westwood seemed to be lit, while interview Chris, but check it out. LOL

The very talented superstar seemed to have a great time while on his (tour) stop in Tel Aviv.

I love seeing Chris smiling, and the fact that no matter what life has thrown at him, or in his case, what he may have caused on himself, he still finds a way to light up those around him.

Seeing him acknowledge God, and most important, begin to "testify" concerning his life trials and growth, shows that prayer always works. We know Chris has a praying mother, aunt etc, and it seems the superstar has begun to seek God for himself.

I have learned that this is when the judgement of man truly comes into play, once a person begins to acknowledge God, as if all that has had a person in bondage automatically disappears. It's called growth...and I believe Christopher is well on his way. Don't look for perfection, just notice faithful steps of change.

[MAGAZINE] @KhloeKardashian Speaks On Missing @LamarOdom

Khloe Kardashian did an in depth interview with Complex where she discussed everything from her famous sisters to her relationships.  Of course she touched on her relationship with Lamar Odom.  The two just recently signed the papers to move forward with their divorce after being estranged for quite some time.  Despite going ahead with the dissolve of their relationship, Khloe admits that she still misses Lamar Odom.

Do you think you weren’t ready to be in a relationship yet?

For sure. I don’t think I was ready at all to have a serious relationship at the time. I needed time on my own to digest everything that’s happened. I went from Lamar to just distracting myself. Not to discredit French at all. I was very honest with French about that—I feel bad. I don’t think it’s fair for me to lead somebody on, or for me to act like I’m in this perfect headspace if I’m not. With love you don’t mislead or play around, so if you’re not perfectly clear, just be honest about it.

What’s your relationship with Lamar like?

I talked to Lamar this morning. I talk to Lamar as often as I can, which is inconsistent, but not on my terms. When you genuinely feel like that was the right relationship, you’re supposed to give it all you can. That’s what marriage is about. It’s not, “Let’s see if it works, if not we always have divorce.” I am not one of those girls. You took a vow before God and you’re supposed to abide by that. I’m not rushing into my divorce because I’m not looking to get married tomorrow, so I don’t have a deadline. I’m not rushing it. So when it’s time and it’s supposed to happen, it will.

Lamar is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met, and everyone says that when they meet him. I think Lamar’s gonna always be that person [for me] but that’s what made it so special. Even if I had it for five years or whatever, it was the best ever and I’m grateful I did. Some people don’t get that ever and I had that magic for a long time.

Do you miss it now?

Every day?

Oh my god, I miss him every day. I miss what we had—things we got to do together are just memories. I like looking back and holding on to that stuff. I definitely miss it, and there’s times I’ll get so sentimental and so sad, but this had to happen for some reason. I’ll figure it out over time, someone will give me that answer eventually. I think it would be very fucking weird if I didn’t miss it.

A spokesperson for the Houston family has let it be known that Bobbi Kristina has passed away at the age of 22!

Pray for the families, the Browns and the Houstons at this time! I pray that after all of this the families can come together to mourn the death of the one person they all had in common, Bobbi Kris.

Chris Brown had a good time  after fianlly getting to leave Manila. The superstar took the stage in Macau and performed 30 songs, and entertained the massive crowd for over 4hrs. During his set, he got the crowd going when he had the DJ play Rihanna's hot new single: BBHMM. The singer was dancing and singing along to the song, and the crowd was going crazy.

So is Chris letting it be known that he and Rihanna are definitely friends? I would definitely say yes.

Tyrese is doing his part to put RnB back on the chart, and the radio, as his album: Black Rose, debuts at #1 on the Hot 200 chart. Congrats!

Check out the video for the hot  new single: Shame, which was directed by Denzel Washington.

So the twitter beef continues. Now it's officially on wax. The OvO leader just dropped a new joint called: Charged Up, dissing Meek Mill. All I have to ask is, where is Quentin Miller, cause if this diss was written by Drake himself, I don't believe he understands the purpose of a "diss" record. But  hey you can judge for yourself.

And this is Meek's response

And then he just came with this tweet

I have waited to make any post about the traffic stop, that ended with a woman being taken to jail, and being found dead in a cell. Sandra Bland's death has raised even more questions of an already accelerating issue, police vs citizens, and in particular: African Americans.

Yes the return of Janet Jackson. Check out the official video for her brand new single: No Sleeep(remix) featuring J. Cole.

Chris Brown "blesses" another track, that is bound to find its way up the radio charts when it's released, 7/31. The track is "Just For Tonight" off of Migos upcoming album: Yung Rich Nation. Check it out.

You can actually stream the album now on here.

Well we recently seen @janetjackson and her girls attend #Jcole concert. Looks like they are teaming up for a hot new remix for the superstar first single "No Sleep" is due to drop this Thursday.

Whose here for this remix?

Well twitter got very interesting yesterday. Especially once Nicki Minaj started going in on the VMA's as to why she only had two nominations this year, and alluding to the fact that "race" may have played a part in it. Which led to Taylor Swift responding (which had me cracking up for the simple fact that Taylor was throwing major shade). But the twitter explosion of the night came from Nicki's now better(not so much in my opinion) half: Meek Mill going in on Drake. Basically saying the rapper didn't write his own rhymes. Now it's no secret that this blogger is not the biggest Drake fan, but this sounded a little far fetched. That was until Meek mentioned a man by the name of Quentin Miller. FunkMaster Flex did some digging and came up with the "10 Bandz" reference track, that was allegedly sent to him from someone in the OVO camp.

Good morning,

Today I want us to be able to mediate on something: that we are a spirit, with a soul, and housed in a body. Now this is definitely to deep for us to go into all in one post, but the Lord has helped me to break it down like this.

When Jesus spoke to Nicodemus in John 3:3 saying "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." He was letting him know that spiritually he would have to be reborn. And we know this is true because when Nicodemus asked him, "How can man be born when he is old? ...Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!" Nicodemus was talking about being reborn flesh wise. So Jesus let him know that was not what He was referring to saying: "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. FLESH GIVE BIRTH TO FLESH, BUT THE SPIRIT GIVES BIRTH TO THE SPIRIT.

What am I saying here? I'm saying that you are a spirit! From Genesis 1:26-27
"Let us make man in our image, in Our likeness....So God created man(kind) in his own image; in the image of God he created him; male and female He created them. To solidify John 4:24 the scripture says: "God is Spirit..." so know that you are spirit. This is where the Lord communes with us. It is the part of us that Jesus died to save! It is who will dwell with Christ forever(for those of us who accept Him as Lord and Savior).

So that's why when you read in 1John4:1 "Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world," we are to know that when someone is speaking, we are to discern what's coming out of their mouth by the word of God.

In doing this we then dictate to our Soul. Our soul is NOT our spirit...they are two different parts of us. How do we know this? Well Hebrews 4:12 "For the WORD OF GOD is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to DIVIDING SOUL AND SPIRIT, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart(spirit). Now remember our spirit is reborn(saved) but our soul must be transformed, conformed to the will of God. Soul=mind will emotions...Romans 12:2 "'Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect."

When we come to know the will of God for our lives (we all out here seeking out our purpose, not understanding that it's in being transformed in the way we think..your spirit was reborn but you have to cultivate your mind to not think like SOCIETY) we can walk in peace do all that God has created us to do, by faith in Him to complete what He started in us.

Now this leave the body. The body will die. It will perish. It's simply the "housing' unit that our spirit dwells in. It's the part of us that others see. Yet remember God looks at the heart. (samuel 16:7) ..side bar: it's always funny when people say, "God knows my heart" and I'm thinking He sure does, so I pray that your heart(spirit) desires to do Your body was never designed to dictate to you. Ever! Your body suppose to get it's "orders" from your soul, which received it's orders from your spirit..which got instructions from: GOD THE FATHER.

So when doing anything ask yourself which one is dictating this decision? Spirit/Soul/Body...if the instructions didn't come in that order..stop! And start the decision making progress over. Pray/Listen/Act

God Bless

Photo Of Black Officer Helping White Supremacist Suffering Heat Stroke Goes Viral, Says It All

July 18, 2015 • By Jameson Parker

In the wake of South Carolina’s decision to pull down its shameful Confederate flag from statehouse grounds, there has been a strong backlash from people who either (wrongly) believe the flag is about Southern “heritage,” or know damn well that the flag represents racism-inspired treason and like it anyway. Those who fall into the latter camp held a “Heritage” rally at the state capitol in Columbia and it was a predictable trainwreck.

Among several clashes between racist groups, including members of the KKK and various neo-Nazi organizations, and onlookers were moments of almost surreal disconnect between those who came to rally for hate and those who were tasked to protect them. At many points throughout the day, pro-Confederate ralliers bit off more than they could chew, only to be saved by the very people they came to hurl racial slurs at. To be an African-American officer in Columbia, South Carolina this summer should practically qualify one for sainthood. Throughout it all, the professionalism exhibited in the face of such ugly hatred is a testament to the black men and women on the police force.

While people in full Nazi regalia or proudly showing off KKK membership badges marched through the streets, again and again black officers kept things from getting out of hand.

In a photograph that is quickly spreading around the world and may one day become a sickening symbol of how crazy this Confederate flag backlash really was, an African-American officer identified as Leroy Smith was tasked with helping a neo-Nazi get cooled down and re-hydrated after suffering a potential heat stroke in the hot South Carolina sun… just so the guy could get well enough to rejoin his friends again in arguing Smith was a member of an inferior race.

In other parts of the contentious rally, officers had to physically protect not-so-tough neo-Nazis from picking fights they could not win. In one case, an officer had to stand over a man draped in a Confederate flag to protect him as he lay on the ground.

As we’ve seen time and again, African-Americans are being asked to have patience and tolerance towards the people who hate them. In this case, even help them. And time and time again, they have risen to that challenge, despite it being quite clear that white supremacists would never do the same for them.

It has often been said that courage comes in many forms. Today it’s clear that sometimes it looks like an African-American police officer showing compassion to a man who has none for him. It’s a sick irony that many of the Confederate flag-waving hatemongers who came to Columbia to support their white heritage believe they are American “patriots.” They don’t even come close. The only patriots to be found out in those marches were the men and women who came across people who wouldn’t hesitate to spew vile slurs at them and concluded that even they, the very worst that hatred could produce, were worth protecting.

LaTocha, the former lead singer of the famed multi-million dollar girl group Xscape, releases a new song from her long awaited mixtape titled “TNTB” (Truth In The Booth). This song is titled “Knee Deep”, and invokes LaTocha’s sensual side. The Mike Will produced track from Ciara’s original hit single “My Body”, allows LaTocha to lend her signature vocals that we all remember and love.  LaTocha says that she chose this particular track to sing to because it felt good and it was inviting. She commended Ciara for keeping the sexy movement going, and for giving women a voice to express their sexual desires without being labeled as a freak. LaTocha states that “women should be able to express their passionate and personal desires with their man and be appreciated for it.”
The new release, “Knee Deep” is infused with familiar vocals from Xscape’s hit song, “Tonight” that LaTocha sings very seductively in her whispering voice. This song’s steamy lyrics of a man going knee deep while making love, will make anyone want to grab their lover’s close.
It’s been two years since LaTocha has been on the scene with “R&B DIVA’S  ATLANTA.” Now she is returning with new music that the world will enjoy. LaTocha shares, “R&B music has completely taken a back seat to Hip-Hop, so I feel that it’s a must that I release real R&B music to get true music lovers confident in loving music again.” “Music is about feeling, so if you can’t feel it, then you probably won’t enjoy it.”
LaTocha is announcing her return with a number of projects that will soon be revealed. With the anticipation of “TV ONE’S XSCAPE UNSUNG”, the story of Xscape will be told for the first time in 20 years. LaTocha’s return couldn’t have come at a better time.

It went down at around 2 AM at the San Fernando Valley house Chris just bought. Three armed men forced their way in the house and found the aunt, put a gun in her face and ordered her into the closet. Law enforcement tells us the home invaders then ransacked the house, took money and other property and fled.

The aunt called 911 and cops raced to the scene, but the robbers were long gone. (TMZ)

Rihanna is stepping into the socks business with Stance.

Named contributing creative director as part of a three-year deal, the pop singer is designing socks and leading campaigns for the San Clemente, Calif.-based company. She’s also becoming one of Stance’s brand ambassadors, joining celebrities like artist Langley Fox Hemingway and former NBA All-Star Allen Iverson as the so-called “Punks and Poets.”

While her first full collection for Stance won’t hit stores until fall, Rihanna is releasing two styles that she designed on the company’s Web site today. Numbered like a limited edition from one to 1,500, the crew socks come in men’s and women’s sizing at a retail price of $30. There are 1,000 of the over-the-knee style, which sells for $26. Both made of combed cotton, the designs feature sublimated prints in red, white and black of newsprint typography and vintage movie art. Rihanna put a personal stamp on the product by emblazoning the phrase “Bad Gal” all over the designs, which hints to her Instagram account with 22.5 million followers. She also printed her surname Fenty in a Gothic typeface on the back of the crew socks. The singer snapped up the first in the series of crew socks.

“I’ve had a great relationship with Stance for a long time and I am happy to be working with them on such a fun and creative project,” said Rihanna, whose relationship with the brand dates back to 2012, when the company custom-made socks for her cover photo shoot with Complex magazine.

The fashion gig is the latest endeavor piled onto the packed resume of the multitasking media maven, who already holds the lofty titles of global brand ambassador and women’s creative director at Puma. When not topping the music charts with tunes such as “Umbrella,” “SOS” and “B—h Better Have My Money,” the Barbados-born singer has designed for fast-fashion retailer River Island and modeled for fashion and beauty labels including MAC, Balmain and, lately, Dior. She also catapulted Guo Pei into the global spotlight after donning the Chinese designer’s golden gown with a dramatic fur-trimmed cape at this year’s Met Gala.

Stance doesn’t worry about getting lost in the mix, though instead, it aims to ride the momentum to the next level. Introduced in 2012, two years after the men’s business, its women’s division makes up between 20 and 25 percent of total sales. It’s the fastest-growing group at the company, which also makes kids’ socks and plans to expand into men’s underwear this fall. For instance, Rihanna’s fall collection slated to arrive in stores in September includes a thigh-high style, a first for Stance.

“She creatively pushes the boundaries in everything she does,” said Candy Harris, senior vice president of Stance’s women’s division. “It’s nice to work with out-of-the box ideas for our brand.”

Stance plans to make a strong digital ad play for Rihanna’s fall collection, which will retail from $18 to $28. Rihanna served as creative director of the fall campaign. The company usually sells its wares at retailers such as Colette, American Rag Cie, Nordstrom and, but it has yet to finalize the list of retailers that will carry Rihanna’s 18 styles for fall. Her holiday collection is due in November.

“There are very few women in fashion whose personal style can go from street to couture in a blink,” Harris said. “She does it with such credibility and authenticity. It makes her an original.”-via WWD

The term "role model" scares those in position of influence so much because of the "standard" society has placed on the position. But those who have been given much, much is required. Yet the "standard" required is not what society set, but what the Father desires of your life. So don't set out to be what society wants to see, but rather who God created you to be! His grace is SUFFICIENT for all your "blunders" cause He knew each one that would happen long before you were born and yet HE STILL CHOSE YOU! Glory Be to God! So keep getting back up always! Perfection is NOT the key for those God has chosen, FAITH that He will do in you what He said He would do is the key! That He will manifest His plan of destiny for you..BELIEVE! And watch yourself become all He said you would be and bring glory to His name! -CM ™@celebrityministry
