So the twitter beef continues. Now it's officially on wax. The OvO leader just dropped a new joint called: Charged Up, dissing Meek Mill. All I have to ask is, where is Quentin Miller, cause if this diss was written by Drake himself, I don't believe he understands the purpose of a "diss" record. But  hey you can judge for yourself.
