[MINISTRY] INTERCESSORY PRAYER-IS IT STILL SIGNIFICANT?

Ezekiel 22:30 "I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before Me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none."

Intercession-the act of intervening on behalf of another.  Intercessor-a PERSON who intervened on behalf of another, especially by prayer.  Intercessory Prayer-the act of praying to God on behalf of others.  So many times people ask why would u ever pray for a celebrity, or a person with great influence or fame? There thinking is that to get to that level of influence they had to somehow give themselves over to the devil. 🤔 My answer is two-fold: when you are CALLED to intercede on behalf of others that's just what you do, being obedient to the Holy Spirit! And don't you know how much the Father loves EACH OF US? The same way He had someone praying for you, He also has someone praying for those of great influence. Because they do have so many following them, (to whom much is given much is required) it's His desire that He do not lose them as well as any others. So we pray! We pray by the wisdom of the Holy Spirit! Not OUR WILL for them but God's will. We see the END because the Father shows us, so BE THE BRIDGE, and do not JUDGE the journey getting there! Amen! #celebrityministry #love #forgiveness #purpose #wisdom #roncarpenter #redemptionworldoutreachcenter

We can read in Genesis 18: 22-33, where Abraham stood before the Lord (in the gap) on behalf of Sodom and Gomorrah. We should know that God is merciful, but He is also a righteous Judge. He has since the beginning, sought for someone to intercede for us. He gave us the greatest Intercessor, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit who intercedes on our behalf. (romans 8:27)

When ever the Lord places someone/something/some place on your heart: STOP AND PRAY RIGHT THEN, as the Holy Spirit leads you. Don't be afraid, just pray, in faith, believing.
